About The Position

This full-time remote Fintech SAAS sales role will position you at the forefront of a new healthcare specific division within a fortune 500, where you will drive revenue by acquiring new clients and nurturing existing merchant portfolios, offering tailored solutions to mid-market and enterprise Healthcare organizations in Canada. You will be at the forefront of a new Healthcare division, in which you will have the opportunity to build partnerships with softwares to create novel value propositions for healthcare providers across the Nation.

Requirements

  • 2 to 5 years of sales experience, ideally in payments and healthcare, SaaS, e-commerce, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical, financial, and business acumen
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills (English/French bilingualism preferred)
  • Proven track record in external sales and client relationship management
  • Experience managing commercial clients and small to medium-sized businesses
  • Organizational skills, self-motivation, and goal orientation
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt quickly

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field

Responsibilities

  • Acquire new merchant relationships and cross-sell to existing healthcare clients
  • Conduct outreach through cold calling and appointments
  • Manage leads and prospects via Salesforce CRM
  • Develop Healthcare-specific presentations and proposals for both internal and external audience
  • Negotiate and close sales, ensuring client satisfaction
  • Provide ongoing support pre- and post-sale
  • Stay informed on industry trends, pricing, and competitive landscape
  • Coordinate with internal teams to finalize merchant agreements
  • Participate actively in industry events and seminars to foster networking and portfolio growth.
  • Initiate and engage in strategic partnerships with industry leading solutions for collaborations and innovations.
