About The Position

CAA-Québec is looking for a passionate travel insurance representative to join its team in Montreal or Quebec City. As a trusted advisor, you will assist our members and clients in choosing coverage tailored to their needs, allowing them to travel with peace of mind. This is a regular full-time position, 35 hours per week. The schedule is variable between 8 a.m. and 6 p.m. from Tuesday to Friday, and Saturday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Work with heart like Émilie and Guillaume.

Requirements

• College, university, or other relevant diploma.
• AMF certification in sickness or accident insurance (required).
• Good learning ability.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Demonstrate empathy and build trust with clients.
• Analytical skills to offer tailored solutions.
• Ability to work autonomously and achieve sales objectives.
• Proficiency in French and English. While French is the primary language, English proficiency is required due to interactions with English-speaking clients, partners, and/or suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer calls with curiosity to understand their needs.
• Gather relevant information to offer the best coverage based on each client's needs.
• Provide detailed information to highlight the specific features and benefits of our insurance products.
• Ensure compliance with AMF requirements.
• Meet performance requirements in efficiency and sales (call handling time, sales ratio, service quality).
• Contribute to and participate in team spirit and collective intelligence.
• Update knowledge to develop expertise (procedures, coverage changes, continuous training).
• Advise on other CAA-Québec products and services.
