Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in administration, marketing, or a combination of training and experience deemed equivalent.
  • Experience in retail sales and customer service.
  • Good understanding of sales marketing issues.
  • Ability to develop and maintain business relationships and trust with clients.
  • Great ease in teamwork and ability to organize work according to objectives.
  • Natural disposition for leadership, desire to surpass oneself and take on challenges.
  • Autonomy, versatility, and initiative.
  • Eloquence and adaptability according to clientele.
  • Proficiency in the Windows environment and Microsoft Office.
  • Bilingualism: French - English.

Responsibilities

  • Sell and promote our products to our existing clients.
  • Follow up on communications with the sales team.
  • Ensure agreements are applied and advise clients in managing their inventory.
  • Ensure the application of standardized practices and methods.
  • Work closely with sales and distribution managers to communicate any relevant information that could help achieve objectives.
  • Enter numerical order data into the computer system.
