By ensuring a seamless customer experience and supporting the delivery of government contract requirements, you help Konica Minolta maintain strong client relationships while driving operational excellence and revenue growth.

Requirements

  • Experience in inside sales, customer service, or client support environments

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM tools

  • Bilingualism (French & English) is considered an asset
  • Experience with government contracts, IT, or office equipment industries is an asset

Responsibilities

  • Provide responsive support to government departments and agencies utilizing the WTD National Master Standing Offer (NMSO)
  • Deliver accurate and compliant pricing quotes and order validation aligned with contract requirements
  • Review and manage incoming orders to ensure data accuracy and completeness prior to processing
  • Coordinate with internal teams to process, track, and fulfill orders through deployment
  • Maintain ongoing communication with customers to ensure satisfaction and identify upgrade or growth opportunities
  • Manage and update account activity, opportunities, and pipeline within CRM systems
  • Support contract administration activities, including catalogue updates, price refresh cycles, and compliance requirements
  • Assist in reporting sales activity, tracking performance, and monitoring competitive positioning
  • Support internal stakeholders (Account Managers, Program Managers) with documentation, responses, and client engagement
  • Provide guidance and support to clients navigating portals and ordering processes
