About The Position

Cintas is seeking a Sales Representative for its Facility Services division, focusing on business-to-business account development. The role involves prospecting, direct solicitation, scheduling appointments with potential clients, presenting programs, and achieving a sales quota. Sales Representatives will need to carry product samples for in-person sales presentations. Cintas offers a comprehensive sales training program covering product knowledge, mentorship, sales processes, and business development strategies.

Requirements

High school diploma or general education (11+ years).
Minimum of one year of sales experience or successful completion of Cintas' comprehensive sales training program.
Must possess a valid and current driver's license.

Nice To Haves

Hold a bachelor's degree.
Experience in business development, business-to-business (B2B), for prospecting new clientele.
Demonstrate an entrepreneurial spirit, be goal-oriented, and motivated.
Possess good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite tools (including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), intranet and internet usage, and contact management system usage.

Responsibilities

Generate revenue and achieve sales targets.
Develop and qualify sales leads within their respective territory to create additional sales opportunities through direct solicitation campaigns and lead prospecting.
Gather and utilize business intelligence on potential clients to prepare for and support sales calls and visits, product presentations, and to drive new sales.
