About The Position

Cintas is seeking a Sales Representative for its Facility Services division, focusing on business-to-business account development. The role involves prospecting, direct solicitation, scheduling appointments with potential clients, presenting programs, and achieving a sales quota. Sales Representatives will need to carry product samples for in-person sales presentations. Cintas offers a comprehensive sales training program covering product knowledge, mentorship, sales processes, and business development strategies.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or general education (11+ years).
  • Minimum of one year of sales experience or successful completion of Cintas' comprehensive sales training program.
  • Must possess a valid and current driver's license.

  • Hold a bachelor's degree.
  • Experience in business development, business-to-business (B2B), for prospecting new clientele.
  • Demonstrate an entrepreneurial spirit, be goal-oriented, and motivated.
  • Possess good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite tools (including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), intranet and internet usage, and contact management system usage.

Responsibilities

  • Generate revenue and achieve sales targets.
  • Develop and qualify sales leads within their respective territory to create additional sales opportunities through direct solicitation campaigns and lead prospecting.
  • Gather and utilize business intelligence on potential clients to prepare for and support sales calls and visits, product presentations, and to drive new sales.
