About The Position
Vet et Nous is a multidisciplinary team composed of veterinarian both generalists and specialists operating at high rank whose mission is to take care of client’s pets as if they were our own. Our teams are split in 3 emergency and reference centres open 24/7 and several general practice hospitals and clinics in the greater Montreal, Laval, Montérégie, Laurentides, Lanaudière, Mauricie, Saguenay-Lac-St-Jean and Quebec region. You are the first person to come into contact with our clients. Your compassion and calm will be decisive in gaining their trust and reassuring them! You will be the bridge between clients and our medical team. You are responsible for relaying client communications and directing them to the appropriate professional. This is a permanent, full-time position. The schedule includes days, evenings, and weekends, depending on the operational needs of the facility.
Requirements

Responsibilities
- Accueillir, informer et diriger la clientèle
- Ouverture de dossiers
- Gestion du téléphone (informations aux clients, prise et confirmation de rendez-vous, etc.)
- Gérer la facturation et prise en charge de la caisse
- Envois et gestion de la boîte de courriels
- Assurer la bonne communication entre les clients et l’équipe médicale
- Gestion des commandes et des retours (ravitaillement de la nourriture)
- Participer aux réunions ou formations offertes, te permettant d’acquérir des connaissances, qui pourront t’être utile pour répondre aux questions de la clientèle
- Assurer une bonne communication avec ton équipe
- Effectuer diverses tâches de bureau connexes
