Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Two years of administrative and/or banking experience
Ability to use Symitar system.
Ability to use and maintain basic, fundamental office equipment.

Nice To Haves

Title experience is also preferred.
Applicable additional education levels may be eligible to satisfy experience requirements.

Responsibilities

Tracking repossessed units from the date of repossession to the conclusion of sale and completing all administrative and processing functions for the Repossession Services Team.
Serving as a liaison to other departments, organizations and agencies when handling the sales of repossessed units.
Operating proficiently within various computer programs, having the ability to work effectively within spreadsheets, and tracking department record keeping.
As the level increases for an incumbent, so will their duties, responsibilities, mentorship, and influence, while maintaining all service levels lower than their own.
