Requirements

• 1+ years wheel-lift experience (self-starter with clean, tight pulls)
• Calm under pressure
• Tech-savvy and data-driven
• Clean MVR
• Drug-free
• Age 24+ (for insurance purposes)

Responsibilities

• Perform vehicle repossessions using wheel-lift experience.
• Operate late-model Dodge 4500s and purpose-built rigs.
• Utilize AI-driven tech including LPR, route intel, and real-time ops.
• Rotate through nights and weekends as required.
• Adhere to de-escalation tactics and body-cam standards.
• Follow airtight procedures and legal support provided by the company.
