About The Position

Imagine360 is seeking a Reporting Specialist to join our team! The Reporting Specialist is responsible for producing accurate, timely, and consistent client-facing reports that support Imagine360's Analytics and Client Experience functions. This role focuses on the execution of recurring monthly reporting and the delivery of ad-hoc reporting requests, ensuring high-quality outputs that meet client and internal stakeholder needs. The Reporting Specialist is detail-oriented, highly organized, and skilled in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. While healthcare experience is preferred, it is not required; training will be provided on Imagine360-specific data, terminology, and reporting standards.

Requirements

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, tables, and basic data manipulation.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and PowerPoint for professional, client-facing deliverables.
  • High attention to detail with a demonstrated ability to catch errors and inconsistencies.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage recurring deadlines.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience supporting reporting, operations, analytics, or client service teams.
  • Exposure to healthcare, insurance, benefits, or claims data (preferred, not required).
  • Experience working with recurring, deadline-driven deliverables.

Responsibilities

  • Produce and distribute monthly client reports according to established schedules and reporting standards.
  • Ensure reports are accurate, complete, and aligned with approved definitions, templates, and branding guidelines.
  • Perform quality checks to validate data, formatting, calculations, and narrative content prior to delivery.
  • Support the Client Experience team with ad-hoc data pulls, summary tables, charts, and presentation-ready materials.
  • Translate business questions or client requests into clear, well-structured reports or visuals.
  • Meet turnaround times for urgent or time-sensitive reporting requests while maintaining accuracy.
  • Work with Excel-based datasets, structured templates, and standardized reporting outputs.
  • Maintain organized files and documentation to support repeatable and scalable reporting processes.
  • Flag data inconsistencies, anomalies, or gaps to Analytics leadership for review and resolution.
  • Use Microsoft Excel to manipulate data, apply formulas, and structure tables and charts.
  • Prepare polished client-ready outputs in PowerPoint and Word, following established formatting and style guidelines.
  • Update report templates and standard content as directed by Analytics leadership.
  • Partner closely with Analytics and Client Experience teams to understand reporting needs and delivery timelines.
  • Communicate clearly regarding report status, issues, and dependencies.
  • Incorporate feedback to continuously improve accuracy, clarity, and usability of reports.
