About The Position

Siouxland Community Health Center has an opening for a full-time Quality Reporting Specialist. This role involves developing SQL queries, preparing reports, managing quality measures, and coordinating audits. The successful candidate will work with various databases and assist in implementing healthcare improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• RN licensure or health related bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Familiarity with, and ability to work with, community health center patient populations.
• Ability to assist with determining and implementing health care improvement initiatives.
• Strong oral and written presentation skills.
• Advanced computer and data entry skills, especially word processing and spreadsheet programs.

Responsibilities

• Develop SQL queries and stored procedures to extract, analyze, and validate data from EHR and other organizational databases.
• Prepare reports, and manage clerical responsibilities involved in the evaluation, tracking, coordination, development, implementation and maintenance of organizational quality measures, bi-annual patient satisfaction surveys.
• Coordinate, perform and maintain audits necessary for, but not limited to, UDS quality measures, payor quality incentive programs, and patient attribution.
