As a Reporting Analyst on our Customer Success team, you will play a critical role in transforming data into actionable insights that drive client satisfaction, operational performance, and strategic decision-making. You will work closely with Business Analysts, Project Managers, Data Engineers, and the Technical Services team to design, deliver, and present reports that measure key success metrics across multiple stakeholders and customer touchpoints. This central role within our Customer Success team ensures high data integrity and delivers the reporting capabilities necessary to optimize operations and guide strategic decision-making.
