About The Position

The Reporting Analyst will be responsible for driving critical business decisions by creating and designing key reports for the Accounts Receivable Team. This role will maintain the accuracy, integrity, and completeness of reporting within the Accounts Receivable area working alongside the Revenue team to improve and streamline processes. This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the Vice President, Revenue.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, or related field
  • 2+ years of relevant experience
  • Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion, specifically Accounts Receivable and Advanced Collections modules
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel
  • Experience operating in a SOX or similar internal control environment

  • Revenue Recognition / ASC 606 Experience
  • Experience in a high-growth SaaS or platform business with complex product and deal structures
  • Proven success driving process improvement, automation, and operational excellence
  • Strong communication skills
  • Experience using Oracle FDI, Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI), Salesforce, Alteryx, and Zuora Billing

Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain weekly, monthly and quarterly key metrics to support worldwide collection team
  • Streamline reporting which provide insight into key data points; supporting various areas in reaching their goals through analysis
  • Communicate results of data analysis in written and verbal form to leadership
  • Analyze and collect data accurately for various types of business reports
  • Analyze processes to identify enhancement opportunities in reporting for Accounts Receivable Teams
  • Partner with stakeholders to define, build, and implement new reporting utilizing 3rd party software and ERP
  • Support month-end, quarter end and year-end processes, including working with internal/external auditors as needed
