As a Reporting Analyst Sr within PNC's Commercial Asset Team organization, you will be based in Orlando or Palm Beach, FL; Philadelphia, PA; Denver, CO and other PNC locations may be considered. The primary responsibility of the Reporting Analyst is to support the Commercial Asset Team Asset Manager in the daily activities associated with the workout function. Reporting Analysts are expected to operate independently while also providing assistance to their peers as needed. The scope of their duties includes a range of administrative tasks, such as ordering office supplies, notarizing documents, processing invoices, requesting various reports, and conducting property searches. Additionally, they are responsible for ordering appraisals, completing Know Your Customer (KYC), and working closely with service partners to resolve system issues. Reporting Analysts also play a key role in verifying and validating data across multiple source systems. They also serve as closers within the CapitalStream process, placing or removing holds on Demand Deposit Accounts (DDA), closing accounts, and addressing exceptions related to loan documents. Their responsibilities extend to reviewing and managing several monthly reports, reflecting the diverse and comprehensive nature of the position. The Reporting Analyst role requires strong organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to efficiently handle multiple tasks and deadlines. Requirements

  • University / college degree with < 1 year of professional experience and/or successful completion of a formal development program. In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Commercial Asset Team Asset Manager in the daily activities associated with the workout function.

  • Identify relationships among the most complex disparate pieces of information and developing meaningful analytical conclusions.
  • Provide more complex metrics and analytics as required by leadership.
