About The Position

The IMA Group is hiring a Report Processor in Manhattan to help ensure our medical and assessment reports are accurate, complete, and delivered on time. You'll work closely with our clinical team and play a direct role in the quality of every evaluation we produce.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1–3 years of experience in data entry, report processing, or a related field
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficiency with office software and databases
• Ability to multitask and work well on a team

Responsibilities

• Review medical and assessment reports for accuracy and completeness
• Process and organize reports according to company standards
• Partner with medical professionals and evaluators to resolve missing information
• Verify data for consistency and quality
• Maintain organized records and databases of processed reports
