Requirements
- Ability to pay close attention to detail and must work well with numbers.
- Must be able to walk and stand for entire shift, use a step ladder, and consistently lift 50 lbs
- Ability to communicate with fellow employees in a courteous and professional manner and be a team player.
- Availability to work a flexible schedule and perform other duties as assigned.
Responsibilities
- Performs one of the following Distribution Center functions: Loads or unloads trailers by hand
- Fills customer orders by inspecting merchandise and matching merchandise to order
- Stocks merchandise to ensure availability of items
- Packs customer orders for shipment
- Selects and verifies product for fulfillment and routes to the next area or packs for shipping
- Assign and reassign pick locations based on information from reports and maintain an accurate listing of all locations
- Sorts merchandise as appropriate
- Process, ticket or sort merchandise for retail locations
- Performs returns processing for customer orders
- Cleans and repairs different reel models and determines if repair is under warranty
- Outfitter will perform various duties, based upon DC needs.
- Outfitter will be cross trained in other departments as needed.
- Outfitter may be asked to carry out special projects as needed and perform various duties as assigned.
- Maintains work area by cleaning as needed.
