About The Position

ABC is hiring a part-time, seasonal Replenishment Team Member for its 2026 holiday season, which runs from October 2026 through January 7, 2027. The role helps keep store shelves stocked and supports a positive guest experience by receiving, organizing, and replenishing inventory, assisting guests, and maintaining a clean work environment. Team members may be scheduled for morning, daytime, or evening shifts any day Monday through Sunday. Employees who work all assigned holiday shifts, including Thanksgiving Eve, Christmas Eve, and New Year’s Eve, are eligible for a one-time $300 bonus, prorated for employees who start after the season begins and distributed in January 2027. This position involves frequent movement and lifting of product cases up to 40 pounds, along with extended periods of standing and moving around the store.

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Must have part-time availability, including weekends, holidays, and/or nights.
• Must maintain a neat, professional appearance and follow ABC dress code and policies.
• Must have a positive attitude and flexibility in daily job tasks.
• Must interact with guests and team members professionally and courteously.
• Must pass a company-issued background screening before hire.
• Must be able to stand and move about for extended periods, up to 8 hours or more.
• Must frequently bend, lift, twist, and lift or transport products weighing up to 40 pounds throughout the store and stockroom.
• Must occasionally lift overhead and use ladders or step stools.
• Must be able to move frequently between the sales floor, stockroom, and exterior areas.
• Must be able to visually inspect labels, signage, and displays and respond to visual cues.

Nice To Haves

• Retail or customer service experience is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Spread holiday cheer and goodwill among team members and guests.
• Unload delivery trucks and merchandise.
• Replenish inventory and stock shelves and coolers.
• Greet guests, assist them, and recommend products.
• Assist guests with purchases to their vehicles.
• Maintain store cleanliness through box breakdown, trash removal, and light cleaning.
• Deliver products to curbside pickup spots as needed.
• Arrive on time and ready to work.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Maintain regular, predictable onsite attendance and remain onsite for the duration of scheduled shifts.
• Inspect product labels, signage, and displays, and respond to guest gestures, product placement, and safety hazards.
