About The Position

Azteca Milling LP, a subsidiary of Gruma Corporation, is seeking a Replenishment Manager. This position is responsible for managing inventory flow, forecasting demand, and ensuring accurate and timely replenishment of products to customers. The role is critical in maintaining service levels, minimizing out-of-stock and excess inventory, and supporting retail partners through efficient order and data management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business, logistics, or a related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in replenishment, demand planning, or supply chain roles
  • Experience working with major retailers (Walmart experience strongly preferred)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Excel and ERP / replenishment systems
  • Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong English communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily, weekly, and monthly replenishment activities for assigned customers
  • Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts based on sales trends, promotions, and seasonality
  • Ensure purchase orders are received daily; review routing, confirm appointments, and coordinate pickups
  • Monitor inventory levels to prevent stockouts and excess inventory
  • Coordinate closely with Sales, Logistics, Customer Service, and Supply Chain teams
  • Manage order accuracy, fill rates, and service level performance metrics
  • Support retail partners (e.g., Walmart) with order flow, item setup, and data accuracy
  • Analyze deductions, chargebacks, and discrepancies related to orders and logistics
  • Ensure compliance with customer requirements, lead times, and delivery windows
  • Prepare and distribute daily sales reports by DC and by store
  • Work with platforms such as Repositrack, Syndigo, and Luminate
  • Identify process improvement opportunities to optimize replenishment and inventory management
