The Replenishment Manager leads and supports inventory management and merchandising standards and maintenance. This role is responsible for planning and ensuring a well-merchandised and in-stock store for customers, assisting them with shopping and product location, and providing friendly customer service. Key responsibilities include assisting the Store Manager in upholding Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and company programs, ensuring compliance with applicable laws, executing company policies and standards, and holding the team accountable for store conditions and results. The manager will also oversee truck processes, manage planogram (POG) and AD set processes, and implement shrink and safety programs. This position serves as a Manager on Duty (MOD), maintains seasonal sets, and supports visual merchandising standards. Additionally, the role involves assisting with interviewing, onboarding, coaching, and training new team members, participating in talent development and performance management activities, and fostering a positive and respectful work environment.
