The position also requires adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) and Company programs, managing truck processes, executing planograms (POG’s) and AD set processes, and overseeing shrink and safety programs. The Replenishment Manager will also serve as Manager on Duty (MOD), maintain visual merchandising standards, and participate in team member development and performance management. The role emphasizes positive interaction, customer assistance, and cross-training in areas like Custom Framing.
