About The Position

Grove Collaborative is seeking a Replenishment Driver for their Weekend Shift at the Reno Fulfillment Center. This role is responsible for operating various types of forklift equipment to manage inventory, input data into the Warehouse Management System, and ensure safety standards are met. New hires are eligible for a retention bonus of up to $400 after 90 days of employment. The available shift is Friday-Sunday, 5:00 am to 5:30 pm, offering full-time hours with a starting rate of $20.00 per hour plus a $2.00 shift differential.

Requirements

Cherry picker forklift required
Inbound/Receiving experience required
Reliable attendance is expected
Knowledge of handhelds

Nice To Haves

Reach truck experience preferred
Receiving experience preferred

Responsibilities

Operate high reach stand-up forklift, cherry picker forklift, pallet jack and electric hand truck equipment to receive, store, and distribute products within the fulfillment center
Input and retrieve data from Warehouse Management System (WMS)
Ensure accurate counts of inventory as it is moved
Maintain and consolidate bin locations, as directed
Report inventory variances
Ensure proper safety standards are observed as pallets are placed into racking locations
Assist with cycle counts
Assist in the put-away of newly received inventory as needed and meet daily put-away productivity standards
Comply with OSHA and other safety regulations
