About The Position

The Replenishment Assistant is a back-of-house retail role at World Duty Free in Gatwick. This is a permanent, part-time position for 24.5 hours per week, working a 3-days-on, 3-days-off shift pattern between 8am and 3pm. The role supports the smooth operation of the store by receiving and processing deliveries, allocating stock, merchandising the shop floor, and maintaining high operational standards. Comprehensive training and support are provided.

Requirements

• Be physically able to lift and transport stock.
• Understand how to process and handle high-volume deliveries and stock.
• Have attention to detail and experience allocating stock to accurate locations.
• Be passionate about providing exceptional operational standards.
• Be flexible, adaptable, and enjoy working in a team.
• Have excellent interpersonal skills and a good ability in spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process high volumes of deliveries.
• Unpack pallet trucks and allocate stock to the shop floor and designated stockroom locations.
• Quality-check products and handle them correctly.
• Report discrepancies to the leader in charge.
• Merchandise the shop floor.
• Maintain exceptional operational standards.
• Ensure processes run smoothly and immaculately.
