About The Position

The Replenishment Analyst is part of the Merchandising Planning organization and helps maximize sales and top-line growth by maintaining optimal inventory levels for best-selling products. The role uses data-driven algorithms, techniques, and strategies to support replenishment decisions. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented and analytical, collaborates effectively, communicates findings, and can execute both strategic changes and detailed operational work in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of quantitative analytical experience with a proven track record of achieving successful results through data-oriented decision-making.
• Experience designing and building Excel spreadsheet models.
• Bachelor’s degree or master’s degree required.
• Advanced knowledge and understanding of Microsoft Excel and Office Suite.
• Strong aptitude with numbers and a clear understanding of retail math.
• Strong organizational skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize, meet deadlines, and keep abreast of current and future fashion trends.
• Ability to communicate persuasively, influentially, and responsibly across cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work in team environments and build strong interpersonal relationships while remaining determined to accomplish goals.
• Logical thinking and problem-solving skills, multitasking, time management, self-motivation, persistence, and ownership of results.
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment with minimal supervision.

Nice To Haves

• E-commerce apparel experience.
• SQL experience.
• Interest and knowledge in contemporary, aspiring-luxury, and luxury fashion.

Responsibilities

• Execute replenishment strategies using sales, inventory, and on-order trends to maximize sales opportunities, optimize inventory turns, and minimize risk.
• Monitor demand-planning algorithms and processes, maintaining feedback loops to identify opportunities to improve forecasting accuracy and results.
• Maintain ideal inventory levels to maximize in-stock rates while minimizing markdowns.
• Communicate and collaborate with Planning and Buying Teams by sharing recaps, analyses, and opportunities.
• Perform other duties as assigned, which may extend beyond the listed functions as business conditions and goals change.
