Requirements

Minimum of three years of experience in window and door installation
High level of technical problem-solving skills and interpersonal abilities
Ability to work in a team environment, resolve issues, and support fellow crew members
Valid Driver's License
Previous work references
Ownership of truck/van/trailer and required tools
Certificate of Insurance with the following coverage minimums: General Liability $2 million aggregate, $2 million products & completed operations, $1 million per occurrence, $1 million personal advertising injury; Automobile liability - $1 million combined single limit; Workman's Compensation- $500k-$500k-$500k; Umbrella or Excess Liability- $5 million
Certified Lead Renovator Certificate

Responsibilities

Executing window and door installations with meticulous attention to detail
Effectively communicating with the main office to relay job updates and information
Demonstrating excellent verbal and written communication skills
Collaborating with team members to problem-solve and ensure seamless installations
Taking initiative to resolve job site challenges and deliver high-quality results
Maintaining availability for a minimum of 3 days a week (Monday-Saturday)
Delivering competitive labor rates for exceptional work performed
