Window World Twin Ports is seeking experienced window and door installation subcontractors to join our growing team. We are looking for professional crews who want a long-term partnership with a company that keeps them busy. We have a strong backlog of work and are looking to add additional installation partners immediately. Requirements
- Previous residential window and door installation experience required
- Established installation crew preferred
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Professional installation tools and equipment
- General liability insurance & MN/WI Lead Safe certifications
- Ability to work as an independent contractor (1099)
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
Responsibilities
- Install replacement windows and exterior doors in residential homes
- Perform installations according to manufacturer specifications and local building codes
- Protect customers' homes and maintain a clean, organized job site
- Communicate professionally with homeowners throughout the installation
- Complete required job photos and paperwork
- Address any punch-list items promptly if needed
