This role is responsible for selling Pella products in-home to homeowners, providing design options, product selection, and installation expertise. The representative will offer value-driven solutions to deliver a best-in-class customer experience. The position involves a 10-step in-home selling process, including product demonstrations, project evaluation, measuring, estimating, closing sales, and managing the job through the system. Success in this role also involves generating repeat and referral customers, as well as new customers independently. The company provides daily leads of customers who have already expressed interest in Pella products.
