About The Position

The Repeat Planner is responsible for planning, scheduling, and coordinating repeat production orders for printed circuit boards (PCBs). This role ensures that repeat jobs are processed efficiently by utilizing existing manufacturing data and meeting customer delivery commitments. Hours of this position: 2pm – 10:30pm PST.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year of Planning or Manufacturing process preferred
  • Able to work in a team environment to accomplish business goals.
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Proven successful written, verbal and phone communications skills
  • Open office environment with surrounding noise and frequent interruptions.
  • Occasional overtime.
  • Interface with video display terminals.
  • Demand for interaction with varied groups and people and meeting deadlines.
  • Must comply with TTM Export Control Policies and Procedures and all applicable laws including ITAR, EAR and OFAC including but not limited to: a) being able to identify ITAR product on the manufacturing floor and understand that access to these products and related technical data is restricted to only US Citizens and US Permanent Residents; b) recognition of Foreign Person visitors by badge differentiation; c) understand and follow authorization procedures for bringing foreign visitors into facilities (VAL); d) understand the Export and ITAR requirements for shipments leaving the US; e) manage vendor approvals for ITAR manufacturing and services.

  • Knowledge of PCB materials preferred
  • Strong PCB manufacturing knowledge is preferred
  • Ability to interpret industry and customer specifications and blue prints preferred

Responsibilities

  • Review and process repeat PCB manufacturing orders using existing manufacturing data and tooling.
  • Schedule repeat jobs based on customer due dates, production capacity, material availability, and equipment utilization.
  • Coordinate with Customer Service, CAM, Engineering, Purchasing, Manufacturing, and Shipping to ensure timely order completion.
  • Verifying repeat orders match previous manufacturing requirements and identify any revisions or engineering changes.
  • Prioritize production schedules to meet on-time delivery goals.
  • Release manufacturing travelers and production documentation into the shop floor.
  • Maintain accurate planning data within the ERP/MRP system.
  • Work with Purchasing to ensure materials are available for scheduled production.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives that reduce lead time and improve delivery performance.
  • Ensure compliance with company quality standards, procedures, and customer requirements.
