About The Position

This position is responsible for inspecting major casting for any defects, flaws or modification needed. Once verified what repairs/modifications are needed they will be made. Will need to do cosmetic welding. Will train right candidate to weld. This position will require the candidate to be self-driven to complete the tasks.

Requirements

Ability to lift, bend, push, pull and move materials up to 50lbs.
Ability to stand or walk an entire shift (can be approx. 8-10 hours).
Ability to use handheld tools such as: Impacts, torque wrenches, hammers, punches, grinders, belt sanders, etc.
Standing: Continuously
Walking: Occasionally
Sitting: Never
Stooping (forward leaning): Frequently
Reaching/Working Overhead: Occasionally

Nice To Haves

Welding experience is helpful but not required.
