This role is a great fit for someone who enjoys hands-on work, solving practical problems, and bringing worn parts back to life. No two days are exactly the same. You'll work with a variety of components, inspect parts, determine the best repair approach, and use a range of tools and techniques to restore them to like-new condition. Work may include operating a soda/media blaster, grinding, sanding, welding, repairing damaged areas, and making judgment calls on whether parts can be repaired or need replacement. The job offers steady variety, as you'll work on different parts and perform small repairs that require good judgment and attention to detail. Successful candidates are mechanically inclined, comfortable using hand and power tools, and enjoy figuring out practical solutions to repair challenges. This position requires strong hand dexterity, attention to quality, basic computer skills for ordering replacement parts when needed, and problem-solving abilities.
