Pod 70 - Inspection
About The Position
Associates will take washed parts and perform further cleaning if necessary using a buffer or contact cleaner to remove excess dirt or rust. They will then inspect parts for cracks and areas of wear before loading them onto a cart. This role requires strong hand dexterity and attention to detail. Associates will use various tools such as impact wrenches or drills, inspect parts to determine if they are good or bad, and use a computer to input part quantities. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, computer literate, possesses problem-solving skills, and can work in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- Ability to lift, bend, push, pull, and move materials up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to stand or walk for an entire shift (approximately 8-10 hours).
- Ability to use handheld tools such as impacts and drills.
- Detail-oriented.
- Strong hand dexterity.
- Computer literate.
- Problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
