Repair Technician (1st Shift)
About The Position
We are currently looking for Repair Technicians to join our team on 1st shift in our fast-paced repair depot environment. As an Associate Repair Tech, you will play a key role in our repair depot operations by performing repairs on units under direct or limited supervision, following written work instructions. You will inspect unit housing (internal and external) to assess repairable vs. non-repairable damage, read and follow technical service procedures to evaluate unit performance, and inspect and accurately interpret test prints or images. Additionally, you will perform firmware upgrades, conduct final testing to confirm repair results, access and use diagnostic programs, and enter data using available reporting systems. Maintaining efficiency, yield, and quality standards while performing assigned tasks, accurately maintaining electronic and paper records, and supporting depot operations by performing other duties as assigned by management are also key aspects of this role.
Requirements
- Basic understanding of electronics or mechanical systems preferred
- Ability to follow written instructions and technical procedures accurately
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Familiarity with computers and basic software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office, data entry systems)
- Good communication and teamwork skills
