About The Position

The Repair Technician diagnoses, repairs, tests, and configures technology equipment to ensure devices meet quality and operational standards. This role performs hardware troubleshooting, repairs, and quality checks while maintaining accurate documentation and supporting repair operations. The position requires technical aptitude, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with inventory tracking or repair ticket systems.
  • Familiarity with barcode scanners, printers, mobile devices, POS equipment, or networking equipment.
  • Technical certification or related education.
  • 1–3 years of experience as a repair technician, bench technician, hardware support, or in a related technical role.
  • Experience repairing electronic devices, mobility equipment, POS systems, printers, handheld scanners, or related hardware.
  • Experience working in a warehouse, repair center, logistics, or technical operations environment.
  • Prior experience working within service level expectations and quality standards.
  • Soldering experience.
  • Adding solder paste to individual connector pins to repair blind leads of surface mount connectors.
