About The Position

The Repair Support Associate prepares firefighter personal protective equipment (PPE) garments for repair. The role involves opening seams, removing damaged components, and preparing gear for Sewing Machine Operators to complete repairs. The associate also labels, organizes, and stages items for the next steps in the repair workflow, follows repair notes, keeps the work area organized, communicates with team members, and assists with other production tasks as assigned. The position is based at 703 East 134st, Bronx, NY 10454, and reports to the TotalCare Center Manager. The stated schedule is Monday to Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.; flexibility and overtime may be needed to meet client needs. Starting pay is $18–$21 per hour.

Requirements
