About The Position

The Repair Specialist will perform repairs to client swimming pools and facilities as directed by the Company. This role involves general plumbing, electrical, and heating repairs, as well as inspecting equipment and systems to identify problems. The specialist will also conduct preventive maintenance, maintain an inventory of supplies, and perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Thorough knowledge of general plumbing, electrical and swimming pool repair.
• Ability to read repair manuals.
• Ability to use hand tools and power tools.
• Ability to follow instructions.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in related field preferred.
• RAIL license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs general plumbing, electrical, and heating repairs to clients swimming pools.
• Inspects equipment and systems to identify problems or issues.
• Consults manuals or other resources required as needed.
• Conducts preventive maintenance to ensure that plumbing, electrical, and heating continue operating properly.
• Maintains inventory of cleaning and maintenance supplies.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
