About The Position

Performs basic tasks associated with servicing customer products, adhering to productivity and quality standards. 1st shift: M-F 6:45AM - 3:15PM Pay: $17.50 per hour

Requirements

No diploma required; Basic math and reading/writing skills are needed
No prior experience required; training will be provided
Attention to Detail: Ability to identify small issues and ensure repairs are completed accurately.
Manual Dexterity: Comfortable working with tools and small parts to perform repairs.
Basic Problem-Solving Skills: Capability to follow step-by-step instructions to resolve technical issues.

Responsibilities

Assist in troubleshooting, repairing, and testing products to restore functionality and ensure quality.
Inspect products for defects, perform post-repair functionality tests, and maintain equipment and tools.
Document repair processes, findings, and parts used, ensuring accurate and organized records.
Communicate repair updates and timelines while handling products with care to maintain customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with team members to meet deadlines and achieve repair goals in a respectful and supportive environment.
Follow safety protocols and promptly report any safety concerns or equipment issues.
Contribute to maintaining quality and consistency by adhering to repair procedures and standards.
