About The Position
UBREAKIFIX by Asurion is hiring for all Snohomish County Locations for an Experienced Repair and Sales Person. We are looking for self-motivated sales people with prior wireless carrier experience and who are comfortable dealing with customers and attaching warranty, insurance plans, offering accessories, add-on services and in-home technology solutions.
Requirements
- Prior wireless carrier experience
- Comfortable dealing with customers
- Comfortable attaching warranty, insurance plan, offering accessories, add-on services and in-home technology solutions.
- Customer service: 1 year (Preferred in Wireless Carrier Store or also or Cell Phone Repair)

Responsibilities
- Greet and check in customers waiting in our lobby.
- Perform basic diagnostics and functionality tests and create detailed notes when in-taking devices.
- Position and offer extended service plans, accessories, and add-on services.
- Processing and returning damaged or aged inventory.
- Assist store manager with maintaining the repair queue and making sure that repairs are being done on time and on schedule.
- Exceed store’s sales budget and expected attachment rate for extended service products and accessories.
- Oversee repair metrics like return repair rates and turnaround times.
- Maintains Cleanliness of the Store in down time.
