About The Position

The Repair Production Supervisor is responsible for leading a team of technicians and overseeing the daily repair, testing, and quality validation of industrial electronic and automation equipment. This role ensures workloads are properly assigned, repair operations run efficiently, and all products meet Radwell quality standards before final inspection and shipment. The ideal candidate combines technical troubleshooting experience with leadership ability and is comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment focused on quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Prior supervisory or team leadership experience
  • Ability to troubleshoot and solder electronic components
  • Experience using hand and power tools
  • Strong technical aptitude and understanding of repair processes
  • Required to provide and maintain personal tools as specified by management
  • Strong computer proficiency

Nice To Haves

  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Technical school training or related technical experience preferred
  • Technical or industrial product knowledge preferred
  • Experience supervising technicians, production employees, or repair personnel preferred

Responsibilities

  • Organize, prioritize, and manage repair orders assigned to the team
  • Supervise and support a team of 3–10 technicians
  • Evaluate warranty returns within 48 hours of receipt
  • Communicate repair delays and production issues to appropriate departments for customer follow-up
  • Ensure processing notes and job status updates remain accurate within internal systems
  • Verify proper utilization of testing equipment, tools, and repair assets
  • Witness testing activities and perform quality control reviews to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Monitor workflow, productivity, and team performance to meet departmental objectives
  • Maintain clean, organized, and safe workspaces throughout the department
  • Utilize Management Reporting System (MRS) tools and reporting effectively
  • Provide technician performance feedback for monthly and annual evaluations
  • Support technician training, development, and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and increased production efficiency
  • Perform other duties, tasks, or work as assigned
