Requirements

5 years of commercial/industrial plumbing experience REQUIRED.

Nice To Haves

Prior experience managing a crew or serving as a foreman is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

Inspect and/or diagnose sewer lines for repair or pipe replacement.
Write and present bids to customers for plumbing repair work.
Install cleanouts, installations, pipes, and floor drains.
Repairs plumbing fixtures and pipes.
Conducts spot repairs and performs CCTV sewer inspections.
When applicable, cuts openings in walls and floors to accommodate pipes and pipe fittings.
Cuts and threads pipes.
Locates and marks position of pipes and pipe connections and passage holes for pipes in walls and floors.
Assists drain and/or jetting technicians with service work as necessary.
