About The Position

Amerit Fleet Solutions, a leading fleet maintenance company, is seeking a skilled Repair Order Quality Assurance Specialist in Charlotte, NC. This role involves the daily administration and auditing of repair orders, purchase orders, and invoices. The ideal candidate is reliable, hard-working, a quick learner with a can-do attitude, and possesses strong multi-tasking abilities.

Requirements

  • At least 3+ years experience in a similar type role; QA/admin support/customer service environment.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Excellent customer service; customer driven approach and proven experience handling disputes and resolution
  • Intermediate or above Microsoft Office proficiency required
  • Strong organizational, planning and administrative skills required
  • Proficiency in navigating cross-platforms and leveraging diverse technological ecosystems
  • High attention to detail

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in reviewing, processing, or creating work/repair orders, desired
  • Prior experience with TMW, Reynolds & Reynolds (or similar transportation services software) desired, but not required.
  • Automotive or parts aptitude/experience a plus, not required

Responsibilities

  • Review all internal repair orders daily and cross reference purchase orders as needed
  • Process, update and communicate changes to repair orders as needed
  • Identify process and quality control improvement opportunities and coach field teams on changes
  • Provide input on internal system set up and training of field employees for new customers/accounts requirements
  • Support in creating Playbooks for new customers/accounts.
  • Act as a liaison between customers, billing, and field managers when invoice disputes arise
  • Run accurate reports relating to repair orders, billing/invoicing and discrepancies as needed
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned by Director of Operations.
