About The Position
We're looking for a Repair Operations Coordinator who enjoys bringing order to a busy day and jumping in wherever needed. You'll help guide customer repair orders from arrival to shipment-tracking progress, coordinating priorities, updating records, supporting inventory, and preparing outgoing packages. Along the way, you'll work with teams across repair, customer service, accounting, and shipping to solve problems and keep customer commitments on track.
Requirements
- Love organizing details and juggling priorities
- Know your way around Excel and Microsoft Office
- Communicate clearly and follow through
- Catch errors others might miss
- Enjoy solving everyday problems and working with different teams
- Related experience or education-we're open to a combination of both
Responsibilities
- Guide customer repair orders from arrival to shipment-tracking progress
- Coordinating priorities
