Requirements

Hish school diploma or equivalent (required)
2+ years of progressive leadership experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment
Expert knowledge in technical and/or engineering support
Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and ERP/inventory control systems
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-performance culture

Responsibilities

Manage all repair shop activities to ensure efficient and quality repair of guests’ and DSG product, including In-shop, in-home, store and virtual.
Plan and manage all equipment repair, installation, and general upkeep activities.
Inspect facilities and machinery regularly to find and fix issues before they cause breakdowns.
Respond quickly to emergency repair requests or sudden equipment failures.
Maintain accurate logs and records of all maintenance work, parts usage, and service costs.
