About The Position

We're looking for a proven automotive leader to take ownership of a high-performing repair shop and drive growth through exceptional leadership, accountability, customer service, and operational excellence. As our Automotive Repair Shop Manager, you'll lead daily operations, develop Service Advisors and Technicians, monitor KPIs, improve profitability, ensure an outstanding customer experience, and build a culture focused on results.

Requirements

• Automotive shop management experience
• Strong leadership and coaching skills
• Experience managing KPIs and financial performance
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing team
• Drive sales, profitability, and shop performance
• Coach Service Advisors and Technicians
• Monitor KPIs, ARO, close ratio, and productivity
• Oversee customer satisfaction and retention
• Ensure SOP, DVI, and process compliance
• Support retail and fleet growth initiatives
