Requirements

Ability to work occasional evenings and weekends based on project needs.
Follow all OSHA safety standards and company safety policies on job sites.
Comfortable working independently or as part of a team.
Valid driver’s license with the ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
Willingness to travel overnight periodically as projects require.
A valid, clean driving record and successful completion of a background check/ drug screen are required.

Nice To Haves

Experience with cabinet removal and replacement is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Perform general framing using both wood and metal studs for repairs and small build-outs.
Hang, tape, and finish drywall for patchwork, repairs, and minor remodel projects.
Replace and repair ceiling tile and grid systems as needed.
Complete interior painting, including walls, doors, frames, and trim with a high-quality finish.
Execute basic carpentry tasks such as installing blocking and backing for fixtures and finishes.
Set door frames, hang doors, and install or adjust door hardware.
Perform minor facility repairs and hot patches to maintain finished spaces.
Assist with cabinet removal and replacement when required.
