This role involves supporting the In-Service Operations of fleets of various Large, Medium, and Small Aero engines. The engineer will be responsible for the development of repair solutions for structural and rotating parts of engines, and will support engine overhaul by providing repair solutions to salvage engine components. Key activities include In-Service Issue Analysis (Maintenance), Non-conformance Investigation & dispositions, Technical Report writing, and developing substantiation for Airworthiness requirements. The position also entails Repair procedure Development & writing repair instructions, and preparation/modification of Repair & Inspection manuals to support in-service fleet maintenance on Aero-Engine components. Additionally, the role involves incorporating Service Bulletins, Modification Bulletins, Design Alternation Requests, and Repair notes into the repair manuals, and providing inputs to support the evaluation and improvement of processes, tools, and methodologies to ensure best practices are used throughout the company.
