About The Position

As a Repair Depot Coordinator, you will contribute to the success of the company by serving internal and external customers with professionalism and efficiency in the coordination of returns and processing of equipment orders.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in customer service or related field
  • Excellent communication & organizational skills
  • Ability to multi-task & adapt to changing priorities
  • Computer literacy, with working knowledge of MS Office Suite

Nice To Haves

  • Technical knowledge of coding or labeling equipment a plus

Responsibilities

  • Providing professional & courteous customer service
  • Working directly with customers while liaising with internal departments & vendors
  • Ensuring repairs & returns are handled promptly & professionally
  • Entering sales orders, purchase orders & jobs for repairs & returns
  • Following up with customers to obtain authorization for billable repairs and providing ongoing status reports of work being done
  • Receiving & distributing incoming repairs & returns
  • Preparing reports, maintaining logs & schedules, filing completed RMA’s
  • Tracking shipments, credit orders & chasing down credits & pulling parts for repairs
