Join our team as a Sr Depot Repair Technician, where you'll contribute to enabling our customers to make the world healthier, cleaner, and safer. Working in a depot repair environment, you'll provide maintenance, repair, and calibration services for scientific instruments including Gas Analyzers and Industrial Hygiene Monitors. This position offers opportunities for career growth while working with a team of professionals dedicated to delivering service solutions. You'll diagnose and repair sophisticated environmental and process monitoring equipment, maintain detailed documentation in our CRM and ERP systems, and ensure compliance with ISO standards. Daily activities include working with customers on service matters, managing service orders, performing calibrations, and maintaining precise records of all repairs and test results. You'll work with teams including Service, Engineering, Technical Support, and Materials Management to deliver excellent customer service and maintain our quality standards.

Requirements

  • 2 years experience in technical repair, calibration, or related field
  • Experience in diagnostic troubleshooting and repair of precision instruments
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Experience with ISO 9000 standards and ESD protocols
  • Analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Documentation and record-keeping skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities
  • Customer service orientation
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Adherence to safety protocols and PPE requirements

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with component soldering preferred
  • Ability to work with small parts under microscope using precision tools
