About The Position

The Repair Coordinator will determine the daily repair schedule for the repair team, ensuring inventory availability for fulfillment of customer demand. Your role: Ensure repair orders are completed in timely manner by working with factory order management, SPS planner, and production planning To manage and facilitate the daily and/ or weekly planning handshake meetings with Repair/ Production/ Operations Management. Troubleshooting for production orders and materials Understands Detailed Production Scheduling (DPS) processes and understands Materials Requirements Planning (MRP) processes. Is attentive to detail and accuracy, is committed to excellence, continuously looks for improvements, finds root cause of problems, owns/acts on problems, seeks opportunities to increase effectiveness and efficiency. You're the right fit if: You've acquired 2+ years of experience in a production plant or manufacturing site or equivalent Your skills include manufacturing principles, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, continuous improvement, production planning and scheduling, materials requirements planning, master data management, supply chain management You have a high school diploma, vocational training or equivalent. Preferred certification: Lean Six Sigma or equivalent You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position. Philips Transparency Details The pay range for this position in Pennsylvania is $25.35 to $40.56 The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity. In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered.
