Repair Shop Coordinator (Temporary)
About The Position
Primary responsibility is to manage the flow of all goods in and out of the repair shop; Provide timely and accurate information to customers' requests and concerns; Reviews shop supplies and orders supplies on a monthly basis; inbound calls and face to face interaction with customers regarding delivery schedules; partner with sales associates to meet and exceed customer service expectations; Maintains customer work orders; ability to organize and manage multiple priorities; making all stock items saleable when leaving the shop; maintain the office appearance by keeping everything neat and clean.
