This role manages industrial equipment repair jobs from initial intake through quoting, parts procurement, repair execution, documentation, and final invoicing. You'll work closely with mechanics to translate teardown findings into repair scopes, bills of material, and customer quotes, while coordinating with Sales, vendors, and the shop to keep jobs organized and moving. The position is heavily computer-based and requires strong organization and follow-through, but it isn't a traditional desk job. You'll spend regular time in our OEM-authorized repair shop working with mechanics, reviewing equipment and repair requirements, and making sure the shop has the information, parts, and materials needed to complete the work.
