As a Repair Center Operations Coordinator (Administrative/Assistant), you will be trusted to support operational excellence. The role supports day-to-day operations by managing work order administration, maintaining ERP data integrity, tracking inventory and material movements, overseeing calibration activities, monitoring operational metrics, and ensuring accurate reporting. Partner cross-functionally with Quality, Engineering, Materials Management, Calibration, and Service teams to support workflow efficiency, compliance, inventory accuracy, continuous improvement initiatives, and operational readiness onsite at Lake Forest, CA. In this role, a typical day will include: Coordinate day-to-day Repair Center operations to support efficient and compliant service delivery. Manage work orders, inventory transactions, and ERP data accuracy within SAP and ServiceMax. Monitor operational metrics, inventory accuracy, calibration status, and compliance activities. Support material tracking, purchase order processing, and inventory control activities. Partner with cross-functional teams to maintain operational readiness and process efficiency. Identify and support continuous improvement initiatives that enhance Repair Center performance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent years of directly related experience (or high school +8 yrs; Assoc.+4 yrs)
  • The ability to fluently read, write, understand and communicate in English

Nice To Haves

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and other business applications.
  • Ability to quickly learn and navigate ERP and business systems such as SAP, ServiceMax, Salesforce, or similar platforms.
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • Experience supporting inventory management, operational reporting, or work order administration.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams and support process improvement initiatives.
  • Self-motivated with a continuous improvement mindset and desire to learn and grow.
