Role Overview As the Repair and Processing Supervisor, you will guide onsite repair and processing operations so patient equipment is restored accurately, safely, and on schedule. You’ll lead and coordinate technicians, assign and track daily work, and provide coaching to build consistent performance.
Requirements
- Proven team leadership, scheduling, and workflow coordination
- Working knowledge of equipment repair, testing, and quality control
- Inventory, budgeting, and supplier/RMA management capability
- Strong organization, documentation, and communication skills
Responsibilities
- Overseeing repair, calibration, and testing
- Maintaining repair-part supply with monthly ordering
- Standardizing concentrator repair processes across additional HME locations
- Managing a monthly budget for repair/cleaning supplies
- Coordinating supplier communications and RMAs for warranty items
- Ensuring required inventory removal transactions for damaged equipment
- Upholding safety, policy, and quality standards
